Infarcts of the cerebrum are generally classified by hemisphere (i.e.,left vs. right),lobe (e.g.,frontal lobe infarction),arterial distribution (e.g.,INFARCTION,ANTERIOR CEREBRAL ARTERY),and etiology (e.g.,embolic infarction).
